I had difficulty working with some of the assignment files; they wouldn't function like the ones the instructor used (the first two particularly). I think that is primarily due to the fact I am using CS5. Every time I uploaded a file, there was an alert saying that some data from the files would be lost because I was not using CS6. I guess this is what they meant...
I had a lot of trouble uploading the files and I'm still not 100% sure I'm uploading what is expected, so if there is any problem, I will email the files separately.
